Welcome to Windsong!

I believe character development plays a huge role as students grow, and is a vital part of his or her success.  I will work with students individually, in groups, and through classroom guidance lessons throughout the school year in order to ensure they are successful.  Some of the character traits we will focus on this year include Respect, Responsibility, Trustworthiness, Caring, Fairness, and Citizenship.  

As the counselor at Windsong Intermediate, it is my goal to support all students and families with academics, as well as social and emotional development throughout their Windsong journey. It is important for students to be in an environment where they feel safe in order for them to grow as individuals while at the same time, learning to be supportive of one another.  

 I am excited to serve the students and parents of Windsong, and I encourage you to reach out to me with any concerns.
